THE STORY
2005
Following a study of its client's best business practices in terms of processing, storage and inventory management, the company expands its administrative offices as well as the the factory twice, first in 2005 then in 2019. It was also in 2005 that Joanne Lefebvre joined the family team.
To reflect the family character and the wide range of services offered to the aluminum industry, the company changed its name in 2018 to become Entreprise Lefebvre Industri-AL Inc.
2000
At the turn of the 2000s, Société de Métaux Reynolds, now Alcoa Ltée, expressed its needs with regard to alloys handling and a satellite warehouse in Baie-Comeau. Thérèse and Marc Lefebvre submitted a service offer to the smelter to meet these needs. This is how the company was born on May 26, 2000.
2020
Over the years, the family trio and its staff have acquired solid experience, always giving great importance to innovation and sustainable development. Based on the impressive experience of Marc Lefebvre, the team sets up a new process to recover aluminum residues without landfilling and without producing greenhouse gases. In 2019-2020, the company's expansion continues as it makes major investments to improve its services and implement its new aluminum waste recycling technology.
